Not in my own testing. This claim needs some validation too — where did the leak occur? How “heavy” and prolonged was the deluge? I’ve also heard scattered claims of some SilNylon tarps “weeping” or having water pressed through when the tarps were soaked and it was coming down so hard it exceeded the pressure rating. Seems rare in my experience.

I saw one review that claimed the tarp leaked. Have you testet it in heavy rain?

The NEMO Bugout shelter 9X9 is not available anywhere?
My 12X12 version from REI is great BUT, a bit to large. I am looking to purchase a 9X9 but can’t seem to locate.

Do you think this will fit the warbonnet’s blackbird xlc hammock? I’m looking for a tarp with a bug net so I can take my dog camping. He is a large boxer so I worry he might be too big and too cramped in the hammock with me so I need a plan b.
